Description
Introduction
LNS Series liquid nitrogen generators from Scala Filtration use advanced mixed refrigerants (MR) cryocooler combined with Joule-thompson (JT) refrigeration systems. It has high liquefaction efficiency and improved reliability because standard refrigerant components are used.
The whole system includes compressed air & nitrogen generator skid, MR-JT nitrogen liquefier and LN2 tank. Controlled by PLC system, liquid nitrogen can be produced at a touch of button within one hour. Liquid nitrogen is storaged at self-pressurized tank, you can dispense liquid as easy as from tap of water.
