Heatless Regeneration Compressed Air Dryer

Description

SCALA XH series Heatless Adsorption Dryers are simple and reliable method to remove moisture and impurities from compressed air. The outlet pressure dew point from -40 °C to as low as -70 °C.  Compressed air flows alternately through twin towers filled with desiccant,It provide continuous dry air and regenerating the desiccant media through it's dry air, minimal maintenance is required.


Features and Benefits

High Performance Valves

Time proven stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valves have five years service interval. High performance butterfly valves have three year service interval. Externally mounted solenoid valves for easy functional testing and troubleshooting.


High performance Desiccant

High strength activated alumina filled into adsorption towers to ensure stable pressure dew point. Double fixed bed layers, respectively filled activated alumina and molecular sieve for pressure dew point of -70℃.


Advanced PLC controller

SIEMENS LC Controlling system executes and monitors all dryer functions. 7 inch touch screen panel displays dryer status and related alarms. Modbus/RS-485 port and remote on/off and alarm alarm function.


Optional Mounted Filter Packages

For space saving and quick installation, high performance pre-filter with automatic drain  and after-filters available.


Optional Dew Point Control

When you chose a dryer with dew point display. Dew Point Control can extended the switch cycle and compressed air consumption
