304 stainless steel no-loss electrical drain valve for air receiver tank

Condensed water will be generated in the process of compressed air system. In most cases, the condensate also contains oil and granular impurities. If the condensed water can not be discharged timely, it will wear and rust downstream equipment, and affect compressed air quality.If the drain valve is leaked, it will cause expensive compressed air loss, and make the air compressor working at full load for a long time, thus consume more electricity and increase more maintenance work.
SD Series Smart Drain adopts high quality level sensor and intelligent control system, it can effectively discharge condensate water according to its actual amount so as to avoid loss of compressed air.

HOW IT WORKS

Condensate water flows into storage tank from inlet, and water level of the tank continues to rise.

When water level rises to induction point, the sensor sends a signal and the solenoid valve opens to discharge condensed water.

When condensed water is nearly exhausted, the solenoid valve will automatically close, leaving a small amount of condensed water, forming a water seal. 

 When drain valve fails and water level is too high, the sensor inducts by real-time, drain valve enters self-cleaning drainage mode automatically, and can outputs alarm signal remotely.
